The Bristol County Warriors were founded by John Picini in 2004. The goal of this team is to provide a higher level of competitive baseball than local town leagues can provide. Our coaching philosophy is to stress pitching and defense with an emphasis on situational baseball strategies. We train our team to react to game situations and utilize their knowledge of the rules. John Picini has been coaching baseball players from little leaguers to adults since 1978. Our team motto is "Never Give Up", and team philosophy is, "We May Lose To A Better Team, But We Will Never Lose Due To Lack Of Hustle Or Preparation".
